Job Description
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team to make the Hitchhiker app better so that travelers can earn more money & shoppers save money when receiving their orders. This position will be divided into 2 main areas: Technical & Business. A product manager is our quality assurance for our business process, optimizing our workflow to make sure it all runs smoothly.
You will work closely with our Engineering & Business teams.
Responsibilities:
Technical Side:
- Requirements definition for new features/updates.
- Filtering and Clarifying bugs/issues raised by QA and Customer Support
- Road Map creation for Hitchhiker in terms of new features, updates, and how users perceive our app.
- Organize your workflow & resources around a bigger image.
- Aligning development with our CTO and Developers.
Business side:
- Drive decisions with concrete data.
- Ask the right question.
- Work with UX designer on crafting the experience for the new Product.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Work on Mixpanel & Google Analytics to achieve the AARRR framework.
- Collect whatever data is necessary to inform product direction, whether in the form of competitive intel or otherwise
- Monitor and measure launched product and feed learnings back into product development process

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in product management.
- Computer science undergraduate degree, business undergraduate degree, or equivalent (ideally including hands-on software engineering experience). Abstract Technical Understanding is a must.
- Customer obsession. You take on complex product challenges and simplify them to avoid making them our users and partner’s problems.
- Experience in the Growth/Retention practices.
- Experience in Notification automation.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience with A/B testing.
- You’re entrepreneurial; you don’t need direction; you're self-driven.
- You’re organized, and you don't miss the details.
- Other titles you may have had before: Product Manager, Growth Manager, Marketing Automation Manager, Project Manager, Product Owner.
