Job Description

  • Mainly working on one to one basis on a variety of tasks related to the executive management of the company.
  • Assist the executive administrator in all the admin.
  • Work related to scheduling appointments, maintaining specific queries and follow ups of actions and requirements, reports and paper work
  • Acts as focal point between executives and the internal and external clients when needed.
  • Handles the administrations of our French speaking offices and support in all related requirements to them.

Job Requirements

  • Bsc. in Business administration or any equivalent to it
  • 1-3 years of working experience in a similar position
  • Accounting background is an asset
  • Fluency in spoken and written French and Arabic
  • High Organizational and communication skills
  • High attention to details
