- Graduates Only (Faculty of Science is a must)
- Excellent communications and documentation skills.
- Excellent Presentation Skills.
- Good Problem Solving.
- Minimum 6-month Experience in call center (not mandatory if he has a 1-year experience in training).
- Advanced knowledge of MS office.
