Job Description
- Communicate with users in a timely and good manner, solve problems arising from the use of products by users, improve user experience in CubeTV;
- Follow up with CubeTV Turkish events like in-app recruitments, contact broadcasters, arrange audition, etc;
- Check quality and engagements of Turkish broadcasters and send feedback to help them improve live streaming.
Job Requirements
- Very good at Turkish and English (both speaking and writing);
- Excellent team work spirit, good communication and presentation skills;
- Interested in the culture of gaming and internet. Working experience in the internet company is preferred.
- Patient, responsible, strong ability to execute the policy and resist compression.
