Job Description
Main Purpose
- The aim of the position is to support the staff of the clinic in their daily use of eHealth applications.
- The Support Agent will train and coach the users in order to increase their acceptance of the new system.
- At first, the Support Agent will focus on the support to users for the EMR (Electronic Medical Record).
- The Support Agent will take part in the first line user support provided to the clinical staff and, under the supervision of the eHealth Manager, in the Change Management & Knowledge transfer linked to the EMR implementation.
Account abilities
- Supports the users and the project team in their understanding of the objectives and principles of any eHealth tools used by the project (focusing first on the Electronic Medical Record system)
- Answers the questions raised by the users in their use of eHealth tools
- Raise relevant points to his/her supervisor (the eHealth Manager):

- Questions of the users that (s)he cannot solve
- Potential improvements of eHealth tools
- Prepare presentations and training for the users of eHealth tools
- Follow-up the creation of user-accounts with their access-roles in the EMR
- Under the supervision of the eHealth Manager, support the reporting of the use of eHealth tools

- Degree in Information Technology, Education or related field or relevant experience
Experience
- Experience in support to the use of software applications
- Preferable previous Experience with eHealth applications
Languages
- Essential: English and Arabic
Knowledge
- Essential Computer literacy:
- Google Chrome, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Complementary knowledge in database, software, web development is an asset
