Job Description
- The role will be primarily involved in customer interaction, understanding the customer requirements and showing various designs and jewelery items that suites the requirement, budget and taste of the customers.
- Would also be involved in generating sales and achieving the monthly sales and Old Gold purchase targets.
- Maintaining the stock, ensuring that the stocks are displayed properly and also managing the visual merchandising.
- Coordinating with the branch in-charges in stock counting, stock transfer, maintain proper inventory of the stocks and any new stock purchase.
- Should be taking responsibility in Old Gold purchase and re-insuring with the respective in-charge before purchasing the Old Gold from the customers.
- Deliver sales service in a professional, prompt and friendly manner.
- Any other duties assigned by the superior that are directly or indirectly associated with this role.
Job Requirements
Job Specification:-
- Candidate should have at least two years experience in retail industry preferably in jewelery industry.
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Good in English and Arabic communication.
- Knowledge of languages like Russian, French and Spanish would be an added advantage.
- Should be a multitasking and willing to work minimum 10 hours (excluding break hours).
- Should have passion for sales, eagerness to learn and mental toughness to work under pressure.
- Should not have any physical disability, or those who have undergone major surgeries in recent times should not be considered.
- Should be willing to work on weekends, public holidays and retail hours.
- Should not be addicted to alcohol, cigarette and drugs.
- The job requires the person to stand while on duty (sitting not allowed).
- Male candidates between 23 to 35 years are eligible to apply.
