Job Description
- Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Maintain employment records, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.
- Process and maintain personnel records and files by following up the employees' credentials completion to ensure adherence to personnel filing system.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Process Performance Appraisal System that drives high performance.
- Process Recruitment and selection process.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program and Process monthly payroll.
- Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
- Maintain updated Job Descriptions for all levels.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. Personal and professional development of the organization’s personnel, which involves employee orientation, development and training.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Provides necessary education and materials to managers and employees including workshops, manuals, employee handbooks, and standardized reports.
Job Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of one year work experience in HR, preferably with a good knowledge of HR best practices and standards.
- Experience with and knowledge of employment laws, regulations, policies, principles, concepts, and practices.
- Experience with all HR Functions.
- Experience using MS Windows and MS Office packages (Excel, Word,PowerPoint), HRIS.
