Job Description

  • Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Maintain employment records, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.
  • Process and maintain personnel records and files by following up the employees' credentials completion to ensure adherence to personnel filing system.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Process Performance Appraisal System that drives high performance.
  • Process Recruitment and selection process.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program and Process monthly payroll.
  • Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
  • Maintain updated Job Descriptions for all levels.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. Personal and professional development of the organization’s personnel, which involves employee orientation, development and training.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Provides necessary education and materials to managers and employees including workshops, manuals, employee handbooks, and standardized reports.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of one year work experience in HR, preferably with a good knowledge of HR best practices and standards.
  • Experience with and knowledge of employment laws, regulations, policies, principles, concepts, and practices.
  • Experience with all HR Functions.
  • Experience using MS Windows and MS Office packages (Excel, Word,PowerPoint), HRIS.

Personal Skills:

  • Strong relations management abilities. Ability to relate to people at all levels internally and externally. Strategic in how you approach each relationship.
  • Strong customer service ethic and abilities.
  • Very good planning, coordinating, and organizing skills.
  • Able to maintain confidential information.
  • Proactive, resourceful, solutions-oriented and results-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, dynamic, flexible and presentable.
  • Excellent command of English language both written and spoken
