Job Description

  • Greeting and welcoming WUZZUF visitors, and directing them to the concerned person.
  • Maintaining the company's positive image.
  • Assist team members in terms of office supplies and stationary.
  • Plan and keep records of the company's stock of the office supplies, stationary, kitchen supplies, and avoid any shortage.
  • Follow up on the office boys' duties (cleaning, serving clients, office maintenance, .....)
  • Creating reports for the office supplies and their cost to help with a better budgeting.
  • Creating a database for different suppliers and getting the best offers that match our needs.
  • Initiate and create ideas on the office and reception improvement.
  • Responsible for the readiness of the meeting rooms in and between meetings, making sure they are equipped with the needed stuff for internal and external meetings.

Job Requirements

  • 1+ Years of experience.
  • Purchasing background.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Positive attitude.
