Job Description
- Greeting and welcoming WUZZUF visitors, and directing them to the concerned person.
- Maintaining the company's positive image.
- Assist team members in terms of office supplies and stationary.
- Plan and keep records of the company's stock of the office supplies, stationary, kitchen supplies, and avoid any shortage.
- Follow up on the office boys' duties (cleaning, serving clients, office maintenance, .....)
- Creating reports for the office supplies and their cost to help with a better budgeting.
- Creating a database for different suppliers and getting the best offers that match our needs.
- Initiate and create ideas on the office and reception improvement.
- Responsible for the readiness of the meeting rooms in and between meetings, making sure they are equipped with the needed stuff for internal and external meetings.
Job Requirements
- 1+ Years of experience.
- Purchasing background.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive attitude.
