Job Description
- Responsible for posting vacant jobs internal and external.
- Filtering, screening C.V.S and preparing short lists of candidates.
- Perform phone interviews to collect extra data from candidates and determine interviews time.
- Perform initial tests, and Conduct initial interview.
- Conduct HR interviews and evaluate candidates according to assessment tools.
- Coordinating technical interviews with managers and connect with them to choose the best caliber.
- Preparing recruitment analysis report for every new job.
- Perform orientation program for new employees.
- Responsible for preparation period for new hired by coordination with Dept. managers.
- Data entry new employees at HR application and following up any transfer or modifications.
- Receiving hiring Doc from new employees and following up orientation procedures.
- Responsible for employment contacts for the new employees.
- Perform exit interview with resigning Staff.
- Prepare new hiring and resignation report monthly.
- Representation before the Office of the social Insurance and maintain monthly financial payment.
- Develop and register Form (2) social insurance annually.
Job Requirements
Training :
- Human Resources Certificate.
