Responsible for posting vacant jobs internal and external.
Filtering, screening C.V.S and preparing short lists of candidates.
Perform phone interviews to collect extra data from candidates and determine interviews time.
Perform initial tests, and Conduct initial interview.
Conduct HR interviews and evaluate candidates according to assessment tools.
Coordinating technical interviews with managers and connect with them to choose the best caliber.
Preparing recruitment analysis report for every new job.
Perform orientation program for new employees.
Responsible for preparation period for new hired by coordination with Dept. managers.
Data entry new employees at HR application and following up any transfer or modifications.
Receiving hiring Doc from new employees and following up orientation procedures.
Responsible for employment contacts for the new employees.
Perform exit interview with resigning Staff.
Prepare new hiring and resignation report monthly.
Representation before the Office of the social Insurance and maintain monthly financial payment.
Develop and register Form (2) social insurance annually.
