Job Description
- Looking for a professional female HR/admin assistance to handle a variety of personnel related and administrative tasks.
- The main requirement is to act as the liaison between the employees, management and clients.
- To ensure productive business communication.
- Have a related work experience in telecommunications filed.
- Able to create job ads, interviews and coordinate them with candidates. Able to communicate and deal with foreign companies.
- Aware about company policy and work regulations.
- Able to process documents and prepare official paperwork, meetings and reports, relating to the activities involved {recruitment, training, presentations, performance evaluation etc.,).
- Coordinate employee requests and announcements.
- Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
- Excellent command of Computer skills and surfing activities.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree.
- Located in Cairo or Giza locations only.
- Excellent English, verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years in HR/admin assistance field.
