Job Description

  • Looking for a professional female HR/admin assistance to handle a variety of personnel related and administrative tasks.
  • The main requirement is to act as the liaison between the employees, management and clients.
  • To ensure productive business communication.
  • Have a related work experience in telecommunications filed.
  • Able to create job ads, interviews and coordinate them with candidates. Able to communicate and deal with foreign companies.
  • Aware about company policy and work regulations.
  • Able to process documents and prepare official paperwork, meetings and reports, relating to the activities involved {recruitment, training, presentations, performance evaluation etc.,).
  • Coordinate employee requests and announcements.
  • Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
  • Excellent command of Computer skills and surfing activities.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree.
  • Located in Cairo or Giza locations only.
  • Excellent English, verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years in HR/admin assistance field.
