Job Description
- Develop partner peelers by supporting them in creating a quality system suitable for them and the nature of their work. Which will include continuous personal presence and coaching.
- Owner of “supplier approval systems” which includes and is not limited to assessing new suppliers and reassessing current suppliers, auditing, and follow up on agreed action plans.
- Analyze quality performance for suppliers and 3rd parties
- Receive feedback from QC and QA in the plant to address the points raised systematically to suppliers /peelers.
- Review monthly Suppliers/peelers quality performance based on factories reported quality incidents
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science/ Agriculture or any closely related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Preferably in quality departments.
- Experience in supplier /vendor management is a plus.
- Preferably residents of Beni Seuf governate.
- Good communication skills are a must.
