Job Description
- Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
- Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
- Arrange meeting between buyers and sellers when details of transactions need to be negotiated.
- Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients.
- Advise sellers on how to make homes more appealing to potential buyers.
- Review property listings, trade journals, and relevant literature, and attend conventions, seminars and staff and association.
- Excellent phone manner.
- Stay Informed on Real Estate Industry.
- Offer advice and motivate their agents to close sales.
- Plan, design and conduct appropriate marketing and selling strategies for individual properties within budgetary limits.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Proficiency in using MS Office application.
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to multi-task.
- Not less than 5 years of work experience in brokerage Real Estate
- Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude.
- Must be able to work well under pressure.
- Punctual and responsible.
- Ability to work seamlessly in a team-based environment.
- Presentable
- Prefer owner of a car
