Bachelor degree in Architecture or Interior Design
Minimum Experience – 6 years in construction companies
Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
Must have a vast network of connections with Developers of Office Buildings, Brokers of Office spaces, Project Managers and Consultants
Must be able to perform on ground survey for potential business
On ground marketing and retrieving information of potential clients and projects
Must have a proven track record of securing business
Must be fluent in written and spoken English
Must own a Car
