Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with technical, sales, project management and service delivery teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the service offered and the customer documentation requirements
- Documentation such as proposals, presentations, contracts, Statement of Work, SLA Agreements, etc.
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended customers
- Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, developer guides, training material, etc.
- Analyse existing and potential content
- Create and maintain the information architecture
Job Requirements
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline preferable IT background
- Proven working experience in technical writing
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
- Fluent English and Arabic, both spoken and written
- 5-8 years’ experience in relevant field.
