Job Description
- Provide administration services on Business Applications and Databases.
- Provide technical support to business teams within the organization.
- Participate in the UAT testing for any bugs/new application features
- Assist with systems integrations projects.
- Maintain and update technical documents and procedures.
- Deliver regular and customized training to business teams on business applications.
- Prepare maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization’s systems
- Perform daily health check procedure on business applications.
- Manage change requests with applications vendors.
- Develop monitoring scripts and tools to monitor applications, system performances and data availability.
Job Requirements
- Work experience with: (SQL Databases, Oracle financial ERP, Software development lifecycle, .NET Framework, Visual Studio, C#, ASP.net
- Knowledge of any of these tools (“SOAP, REST, XML” Webservices, WCF, LINQ, Entity Framework, IIS, HTML5, JQuery, CSS, TFS, Telerik, Sharepoint)
- Basic knowledge of: (Microsoft Power BI, PHP, My SQL, Linux, MIS)
