Job Description
Objective
The objective of the Sales Specialist position is to develop Sales in the designated region, maintains a good relationship with the customers and focus on growing sales and achieving overall sales objectives as well as another defined performance metrics.
Duties and responsibilities
- In-depth understanding of the products
- Market positioning of the products
- Scientific support of AGBL customers
- Achieving target
- Preparing workshops for customers
- Assist for the collection
- Frequent visits to the customers in the territory (a minimum of 15-20 productive visits per week)
- Liaise with all technical and marketing personnel at the head office to offer the necessary support to distribution partners & customers and fully service their accounts.
- Tenders management, bids and quotation preparation
- Preparation of Sales Reports and Charts
- Conduct presentations and demos for customers
- Upload customers’ data to the CRM and update it regularly
- Actively updates lead in the CRM
- Improving technical skills through company mind flash
Job Requirements
- A graduate of Biotechnology, Science or Veterinary
- More than 2 years of experience in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Diagnostic, Sequencing, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, PCR, Sales
