Job Description
- Provide support and guidance to the clients’ technical questions and be responsible
- Responsible for resolving clients issues based on defined and agreed SLAs
Job Requirements
- UNIX/Linux administration
- Good technical knowledge in troubleshooting IT infrastructure technologies, connectivity techniques and directory services
- Good knowledge about ITIL processes
- Knowledge in Oracle databases is a plus
- Software development skills are plus
- From 1 to 3 years of experience
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Organized, flexible and able to manage several tasks
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Fluency in English. Any additional languages will be an advantage
- ITIL Foundation certification is a plus
