- Grow the Kotobee community through different channels
- Answer questions on QA sites like Quora.
- Manage Kotobee forum
- Arrange Webinars to educate our community of new features
- Strategize ways to scale our community
- Win over influencers
- Listen to and emphasize with customer complaints
- Recognize active influencing users (power users), and give deserved recognition
- Identify important trends, and create content along with Customer Success, to inspire potential users.
- Monitor, measure, and report on the success of Customer Community Engagement.
- Publish news items to community & social channels
- Perform editorial review of blog content
- Manage external and internal newsletters
- Enforce Kotobee/Vijua brand inside the office
- Manage in-house team events
- Perform duties as needed
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Outgoing personality
- Excellent English Writing skills
- Excellent English Communication skills
- Strong background in Social Media
- Excellent computer skills
- Basic knowledge of HTML and web technologies (recommended)
