Job Description

  • Grow the Kotobee community through different channels
  • Answer questions on QA sites like Quora.
  • Manage Kotobee forum
  • Arrange Webinars to educate our community of new features
  • Strategize ways to scale our community
  • Win over influencers
  • Listen to and emphasize with customer complaints
  • Recognize active influencing users (power users), and give deserved recognition
  • Identify important trends, and create content along with Customer Success, to inspire potential users.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on the success of Customer Community Engagement.
  • Publish news items to community & social channels
  • Perform editorial review of blog content
  • Manage external and internal newsletters
  • Enforce Kotobee/Vijua brand inside the office
  • Manage in-house team events
  • Perform duties as needed

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Outgoing personality
  • Excellent English Writing skills
  • Excellent English Communication skills
  • Strong background in Social Media
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and web technologies (recommended)
