Job Description
- Executing orders plan.
- Follow-up on the monthly sales forecast execution.
- Identify customer current and prospective needs and provide information about the company product.
- Follow-up the receiving process till 100% order fulfillment.
- Receive daily report from the warehouse to compare between ready and planed material.
- Receive daily report from the production department to compare between produced and planned material.
- Monthly follow-up on planned production due dates, organize the sales plan, send it to the production before month start to get expected production dates.
- Follow-up requirement report to fulfill the export orders quarterly.
- Fully responsible in managing the production & logistic planning and coordination to fulfill the monthly forecast with best possible way.
- Fix any day to day forecast issues in case of any amendments.
- Resolve customer complaints and answer customer questions regarding company product, policies and procedures.
- Follow-up the plan execution with production department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years experience
- Fluent in English
