Job Description
- Provide Administrative Support for the executives.
- Open , sort and distribute incoming correspondence including faxes , e-mails and shipments or mails.
- Responsible of the company DHL courier account for sending and receiving shipment from / to the office and company various sites.
- Handling all tasks related to tickets booking , hotels reservations , travel agencies communications and embassies visa application processes.
- Making travel arrangements for executives and company staff.
- Responsible for archiving and filing process for all related executives' documents she receives in an organized manner.
- Coordinate the company meetings among the managers and staff or clients whenever and wherever needed as scheduled.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining records.
- Submit records for the top management members on a daily / weekly basis.
Job Requirements
- Any related bachelor degree in Business Administration.
- English Fluency.
- Minimum 5 years of hands on expertise in the same core.
- Microsoft Office package Proficiency ( Word , Excel and PowerPoint )
- Close residency to the Downtown or Zamalek.
