Job Description
- Work closely with the Project Manager and other team members on different aspects of the project, including schematic design, space planning, and design development.
- Participate in programming and planning, and the selection of finishes, materials, furniture systems, and specifications.
- Utilize visualization, graphics, and presentation skills to effectively communicate the project design.
- Provide design support and documentation throughout the design phases of the project.
- Perform a variety of assignments using prescribed methods and standard techniques including drawing sequence and presentation, incorporating various system components, and refining rough sketches. Follow all company, client and project design and drafting standards.
- Produce complete3D models of written description from the design engineer.
- Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using 3D Max and Revit Live
- Audit and review models in Autodesk Revit and 3D Max.
- 3D Model Quantity Extraction / Verification
- Execute changes to designs or sketches and redlines or mark-ups on ongoing projects.
- Review design drawings for quality assurance within scope.
- Responsible for the revisions of project drawings, plot files and project-related information are stored in a logical and well- structured manner.
Job Requirements
- Graduate Degree in Architecture Engineering or Fine Arts.
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Fluent in English
- Rivet & 3D Max is a must
- Practical Experience in 3D MAX & Auto-desk Revit
- Ability to stay organized & focus on details.
- Ability to be creative and think out of the box.
