Job Description
- Full responsibility for all landscape projects assigned to him/her in all stages, including the implementation of all works in accordance with the projects` work programs ,time schedules or as requested within his/her department. Implements specific landscape design works in accordance with the work program of a project, or as requested within his/her department.
- Organizes and manages the work of landscape design engineers allocated to him/her and provides relevant landscape design engineering support and/or advice to project teams, as applicable.
- Verifies that all landscape design works drawings and documents are to current codes and standards and in accordance with ECG policies and standards.
- Liaises as directed with consulting engineers and/or contractors on all matters necessary for the implementation of the work program of the project.
- Undertakes special and/or project assignments as required by the Urban Design and Landscape Department Manager.
- Responsible for the coordination between all disciplines.
- Directs, Organizes and manages the work of landscape engineers allocated to him/her and provides support and/or gives advice to project teams, as applicable.
- Verifies that all Landscape works, drawings and documents (comprising reports, bill of quantities and specifications), are to current codes and standards and in accordance with ECG policies and standards.
- Follows the engineering division manual and all ECG engineering procedures in implementing all works due to ECG Quality plans.
- Follows up his/her projects within construction phase and gives all technical support to construction
Job Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of Landscape design standards, regulatory codes and related laws.
- Comprehensive Knowledge of and ability to use personal computers and related software, including CAD tools, Photoshop tools, Microsoft office, Revit, In Design, Civil 3D, Lumion and others… .
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
