Job Description
- Make detailed as built plans with proper dimensions
- Analyse shop drawings and approving materials form the design department.
- Do the everyday monitoring and site management
- Be the technical adviser at site for all subcontractors and workers giving them guidance and information.
- Prepare daily reports on site progress with pictures (whatsapp)
- Quantity surveying for all contractors at site and reviewing it with the technical office
- Preparing a weekly report about material quantity consumption and making sure materials are per office specification
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in civil engineering or equivalent experience required.
- Must have experience in high-end residential interior finishing.
- A car for transportation between sites.
Technical Skills:
- AutoCad
- Microsoft office
Personal skills:
- Have good communication skills
- Able to multitask
- Manage multiple sites professionally
