Job brief :
We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Performing reference and background checks
- Interview internal and external candidates, using face-to-face behavioral-based interviewing methodologies
- Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
Job Requirements

- Strong PC skills including “M.S. Office”
- Experience 1- 3 years
- Bachelor's degree
