Job Description

  • Receiving customers’ inquires over the phone.
  • Receiving customers’ complains and find solutions.
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
  • Assist customer with placement of orders and refunds.
  • Meet and greet customers at Waffarha.com head office.
  • Inform the customers how to pay, buy and register on Waffarha.com.
  • Call the customers to confirm their purchases.
  • Make a survey with customers about our offers.
  • Prepare and revise orders.
  • Edit or cancel orders.
