Job Description
- Receiving customers’ inquires over the phone.
- Receiving customers’ complains and find solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
- Assist customer with placement of orders and refunds.
- Meet and greet customers at Waffarha.com head office.
- Inform the customers how to pay, buy and register on Waffarha.com.
- Call the customers to confirm their purchases.
- Make a survey with customers about our offers.
- Prepare and revise orders.
- Edit or cancel orders.
