Job Description
- Leads plant full operations including efficiency strategies to ensure the plant meets production targets and standards at minimal manufacturing costs.
- The plant manager works directly with department heads to coordinate purchasing, production and distribution operations.
- Duties include set general SOP’s for all plant departments and functions, create updated KPI’s for all product types, ensure meeting production, giving performance reviews and motivating workforce to meet production goals safely.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering Background is a plus.
- Strong track record of previous experience in the field of production, quality operation, Assembly Functions.
- Working knowledge of budgets and financial statements.
- Background with manufacturing methods, process improvement programs and procedures required
- Strong leadership skills, sound decision making, high analytical skills, problem solving, ability to meet deadlines and drive results, people management skills and ability to motivate team
