Job Description
- Achieving financial goals to serve customers by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget and scheduling and initiating corrective action.
- Defines customer service requirements by maintaining customer relationships;
- Improve the results of customer service quality by examining, evaluating and re-designing processes; establishing and delivering service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results implementing changes.
- Improve customer service management, establish relationships with strategic customers and facilitate organizational growth
- Develop customer service management procedures, policies and standards.
- Analyze statistics and compile reports.
- Recruit, direct and develop customer service staff and create where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
- Keeping abreast of industrial developments and applying best practices in customer service management.
- Monitor resources and use assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives
