Job Description
- Provide full accounting services to the company, including preparation of estimates and budget Annual, capital budget, and end accounts
- Develop and prepare all other necessary controls and processes to ensure compliance with legal and financial requirements and rules
- Follow up the financial information system by ensuring that accurate information is submitted on time for administrative decisions
- Supervising the preparation of statistical revenues and financial analysis on many topics of use within and outside the company
- Supervision of loan management and recovery system, including contact with brokers and lenders
- Prepare and monitor cash flow changes and their records to determine the optimal use of funds or the need to increase revenues
Job Requirements
- High capabilities in project management and finance.
- High skills in project planning and financial management.
- High skills in the course of economic feasibility studies.
- High capacity in preparing funding proposals.
- High capabilities in the use of computer and accounting software.
- Proficiency in English and preferably Hebrew as well.
- Excellent knowledge of financial institutions and mechanisms to deal with them.
