Job Description
- Responsible for the accuracy of the recorded Revenues.
- Follow up monthly payments for VAT , Social insurance and income taxes.
- Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
- Maintains historical records by filing documents.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements
- Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports.
- Insure that all accounting transactions compliance with approved manuals.
- Guides other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy; applying observations and recommendations to operational issues.
- Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls.
- Avoids legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation; enforcing accounting regulations; recommending new procedures
- Arrange all external auditors requirements such as financial statements requirements and analyses , taxes review and examinations
- Monthly comparing General ledger with sub- ledgers.
- Monthly closing by actual data by the fifth of the following month.
Job Requirements
- Faculty Of Commerce.
- Effective English communications
- Attention to Detail, Thoroughness, Organization, Analyzing Information , Accounting, PC Proficiency, Data Entry Skills, General Math Skills.
- Five Years of experience is a must .
- ERP system background is must.
