Job Description

  • Maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.
  • Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
  • Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork.
  • Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
  • Assist HR manager in Job descriptions up-date
  • Address employee relations issues

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  • A minimum of 1 Years of experience.
  • HR certificate/diploma is a Prefer.
  • Knowledge of Egypt Labor law and Private medical insurance will be plus.
  • Good in English Language (written and spoken).
  • Good knowledge of all MS. Applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills with all levels in the work environment.
