Job Description
Candidate will act as a Patient Support Consultant through a phone conversation with patients.
- Pre-test patient support.
- Whereas a General Practitioner / Internal Medicine doctor will communicate with the patients to discuss, explain and identify the most suitable laboratory tests.
- The Laboratory Support team will then log the agreed upon tests on the CRM so that the lab front desk can proceed with it.
- Post-test patient support
- Whereas a General Practitioner / Internal Medicine doctor will communicate with the patients to explain the lab results and recommend following consultation with a doctor and further tests.
- The Laboratory Support team will have access to the results through the CRM and then log the agreed upon recommendations that was explained to the patient.
Working Conditions:
- Flexible and ability to work in Rotational Shifts (including night shift till 10:00 pm)
- Can commit himself/herself to 4:30 hours shift or 9:00 hours shift.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Medicine / Medical Analysis or equivalent is required.
- General Practitioners / Internal Medicine Doctor.
- Good English speaking.
- 1-2 years of experience.
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Strong organizing and planning skills to work independently with efficiency and accuracy.
- Show interest in customer care service.
- Requires tact and discretion in dealing with and handling confidential information.
- Decisive, good decision-making skills, able to escalate response to situations when relevant
- Physically fit to carry out duties
- Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.
