Quality Assurance Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Review general and specific policies beside the quality policy for monitoring the quality of work
• Review, follow-up and save all documents, records and models according to the quality management system.
• follow-up the internal audit process in the company and monitoring the implementation of the necessary corrective actions
• Participate in writing audit report for each department in collaboration with the Head of Department
• Monitoring and reviewing all the procedures related to the quality assurance inside all departments and make sure from working properly in accordance with the operating instructions, forms, records and the basics of good manufacturing, besides applyingHygiene policies of the company and make sure that all workers are committed to policies of cleanliness and personal hygiene

• Ensuring the validity of all materials and solutions used in the laboratory and production dept. plus the graphics cards and the identification cards inside the company

• Ensuring the implementation of the quality policies and objectives, besides working on continuous improvement for all departments

• Follow-up the required updates for all the procedures , specifications and requirements for quality management system

• Ensure that the identification cards are existed on all raw materials and packaging products and to confirm on the expiry date

• Responsible for keeping documents and the commitment in applying the quality system, and make sure to keep up the latest developments in our field

• Responsible for ensuring that human resources management capable of doing their duties, with a high level of quality and achieved employees satisfaction requirements.

• Review detailed procedures for any process that take place in the department, as well as instructions, forms, and records to confirm their accuracy then recording data which emphasize their achievement.
