Job Description
- Reviews and ensures pricing effort is thorough, complete, and accurate.
- Reviews and ensures technical data is complete.
- Manages and drives the coordination of the Tender.
- Interfaces with management for overall proposal strategy.
- Responsible for the output of Complete Project Offers.
- Holds tender project kick-off & weekly meetings with staff.
- Involved in tender contract negotiation process.
- Oversees contracts & subcontract preparation for subs/suppliers.
- Manage all Tender proposals.
- Ensures compliance with Tender documents.
- Assessment for project engineering/value engineering.
- Analyzes and ensures the accuracy of schedule with the planning department.
- Reviews Financial & Technical proposal package before submittal.
- Submits proposal to management for review.
- Drives effort for the update of the supplier database.
- Attends tender meetings with clients/consultants.
Job Requirements
Education:
- BSc Of Engineering Mechanical Major.
Experience:
- 10-15 years hands-on experience in MEP Tendering Management within An Electro-Mechanical Field (MEP).
Language Skills:
- Excellent in English Language.
Computer Skills:
- Professional user for MS Office especially in excel.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Effective Negotiations & Communications Skills
- Effective Time Management & Presentation Skills
- Effective Follow up & Coordination skills.
- Business Acumen.
