Job Description
- Responsible of customer service daily sales order.
- Monitor daily cash deposits in the bank.
- Responsible for corporate clients’ invoices according to contractual terms.
- Monitor corporate clients’ receivables status and follows up on collections.
- Responsible for suppliers' dues, ICs and proctors.
- Manage system transactions SO, AR, AP…etc.
- Petty cash custodian.
- Responsible for reconciling physical inventory with accounting system.
- Reconcile bank accounts on accounting system.
- Performs other duties as required.
Work scope & dimensions
- Administrative role: Guides the collector transactions.
- Customer focused role: Contacts corporate clients for billing status.
Managerial/Supervisory duties
- Manage the collector actions.

Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Holder of Bachelor of commerce
- Certification Advanced studies in accounting
- Experience 6-8 years
- Shows commitment and accountability to the business goals.
- Ability to handle and manage corporate clients follow up.
- Preferably CMA Holder
- General skills Proficiency in using Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- Certification Advanced studies in accounting - preferably CMA Holder
- General skills Proficiency in using Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Ability to handle and manage corporate clients follow up.
- Very good written and verbal English language
