Job Description
- Preparing cost plans, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentations
- Verification and making valuations independently of all projects related payments and bills received from contractors/subcontractors and all other payments related to projects
- Check and review contract’s variation orders and ensure that all the variations are justified and approved
- Review tender documents and other project documents independently and advise of any changes as required by standards.
- Prepare/manage various tasks related to cost control and project expenses.
- Check the work is in accordance with the drawings and specification and BOQ
- Carrying out feasibility studies
- Writing reports
- Preparing and submitting final accounts
- Providing advice and forecasts on costs
- Monitor the construction progress as per project deadlines, measurement and valuations of the work completion.
- Supervising staff
Job Requirements
- Consultancy background is must
- Architecture graduate is preferable
- Experience at fit out projects is must
