Job Description
Nubis Apps is a software house, where eDoctor is our main product, presented to Doctors to help them manage their Clinics/ hospitals well, Customer Support are expected to fulfill below role:
- Training doctors and their staff on how to use our program in a professional way with high level of quality.
- Providing needed support to doctors and admins for inquiries, complaints and requests.
- Performing follow up visits to doctors when needed to provide support and assuring system usage.
Working Conditions:
- Working hours : 8 hours per day/ 5 days per week (Fixed OFF)
- Work Location: Agouza
- No overnight shifts.
- We provide Social and Medical insurance.
Job Requirements
- Graduated, Males Only.
- Preferred Accounting background.
- Good/ Very Good command of English
- Presentable
- Troubleshooting & Problem solving oriented.
- Preferred applicants who will be ready to join immediately or within 1 week.
