Job Description
- The Account Manager sells digital products and services to companies of different sizes. The Account Manager will work with customers to find what they want from the current products portfolio and ensure a smooth sales process. The Account Manager will work to find new sales leads.
- We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customers with digital business products such as websites, apps, games, HR systems, finance systems, sales systems and more. The Account Manager will provide the appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities
- Selling products and services using product knowledge to costumers in pipeline
- Generate new prospect costumers
- Follow up on costumer requirements and sales cycle progress
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
- Present, promote and sell products/services
- Coordinate sales efforts with product providers to ensure delivery of the right product to costumers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Proven 4 to 5 years of work experience as a sales representative
- Previous experience in technology field
- Ability to build productive business relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create presentations
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
