Job Description
A multinational company in New Cairo is seeking to hire Talent Acquisition Specialist on a temporary contract for 6 months only to be responsible for the below:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Source potential candidates through online and offline channels
- Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting agencies and using job sites
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and face to face interviews
- Prepare job offers
- Prepare reports for all recruitment statistics and document all process
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role for at least 3 years
- Hands-on experience with full recruitment cycle using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Arabic and English
- Availability to work full time on a temporary basis for 6-month contract
