Job Description
- Manage and oversee the entire accounting team
- Conduct all necessary trainings to keep the team’s skills and knowledge up to date
- Ensuring that all the company records are booked properly in the ERP system.
- Ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected, and compiled according the company manual.
- Review corporate and personal income tax returns to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor and mentor/train junior staff, clerks, and bookkeepers
- Monitor the archiving of the company files.
- Detect and address potential compliance issues proactively
- Maintain compliance with all governmental and tax regulations at all times
- Provide the external auditor with all the analysis, documents and information required during the audit process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- 7 years' experience in the same position in the FMCG industry.
- Good knowledge with ERP system and MS
