Job Description
- Participate in the annual forecast Manpower for all departments
- Design & recommending an effective recruiting strategy and actively recruit top-performing professionals to fill job openings according to the Approved Manpower Plan and within the targeted time.
- Work closely with the managers to understand the profile they are looking for and ensure that their requirements will be fulfilled.
- Advertising all vacancies internally and externally across all our channels (Online & Offline) and open/create new channels every month to raise the pool of candidates and ensure that the company attracts the most fit calibers in the market in line with its standards
- Responsible for and managing the full candidate process including Screening & filtering resumes/applications, conducting phone interviews, testing & assessments, face to face interview, shortlisting, reference checks, job offering and on-boarding process.
- Provide orientation to candidates regarding hiring procedures ensuring that hiring Requirements are completed in line with laws, regulations and the company standards.
- On-board new employees in order to become smoothly & fully integrated
- Maintain & provide analytical recruiting reports on a weekly basis to the HR Manager
- Document all hiring applications & forms and Support the Personnel team with required documentation.
- Come up with creative ideas to improve the new hires experience and promote company’s culture and reputation as “best place to work”
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Review, update and suggest enhancements to recruitment policies/ practices/methodologies to ensure the effectiveness of the selection techniques and turnover reduction
Job Requirements
- Current residence: Nasr City
- 2-4 years of experience in the Recruitment field - White & Blue Collar massive Recruitment (Engineering industry is preferable)
- MAX Age is 28 years
- Accuracy, an attention to detail & An initiative attitude
- Excellent communication & reporting skills
- Perfect user in Microsoft Office
- Excellent Time Management skills
- Excellent command in English
- Result/Target Oriented
- Customer Oriented
- HR Certificate are preferable
- Eager to learn and to make huge achievements.
- Having the ability to work outside the office to have an effective sourcing.
