The Logistics Officer core responsibilities include the following:
- Develop, implement, support and train staff in logistics procedures.
- Plan, organize and manage the work of transportation suppliers and ensure cars availability to meet all day to day & planned requests.
- Responsible for planning accommodation work schedule
- Plan, organize and manage the work of accommodation suppliers and ensure availability to meet requests.
- Serves as point of contact to local team for all logistics matters.
- To work with the finance officer to ensure transportation and accommodation bills are accurate then submitted and paid promptly.
- Responsible for “workshops needs” delivery to all Moderyas prior to delivery and any other requirements
- The responsibilities are indicative and may vary over time. Employees are expected to undertake other responsibilities relevant to the nature, level and scope of the role.
Supporting Other Team Members
- Every member of the operations team is expected to support other team members as and when required.
Delivering Continuous Improvement
- Every member of the operations team is expected to continuously seek ways to deliver the task in the most efficient way possible while maintaining an excellent standard of work.
