Job Description
We are looking for competent candidates with high level of communication and results-oriented to proceed the following main duties:
- Monitoring accounts and Analyse the due date list
- Call clients
- Follow up clients and collectors
- Set payments appointment for individuals or corporate
- Preparing the required reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Good English language
- Good business writing skills (Emails & Reports)
- High level of communication, negotiation, following up and problem-solving
- Experience in the same industry is preferable
- Problem-solving within monitoring collections
