Job Description
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a diverse audience.
- Remove, manage and report any inappropriate problems.
- Track and analyze competitors’ platforms and marketing activities on a weekly
basis. - Create Paid ADs & content strategies for a social media platform to generate
qualified leads with a suitable budget. - Handle media buying campaigns from A to Z on different platforms starting
from planning, targeting set KPIs, Compare and negotiating rates, ad space,
and airtime - Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix Monitor costs
and return on investment (ROI). - Make a monthly plan / report for clients.
- Create google ads.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement suggest content optimization.
- Perform technical site analysis, competitive/keyword research and link analysis on an ongoing basis. Develop & implement multi-channel digital marketing campaigns including all advertising networks, Display Advertising, Pay-Per-Click, Email Marketing, and Social Media Campaigns.
- Understand the key measurement tools available. Media buying, billing, and follow-ups.
- Focusing on paid search ads within the Google advertising platforms.
Job Requirements
- BS / BA degree is required. Preferably in marketing or business fields.
- 3-4 years of experience in real state industry.
- Fluent command in English.
- Full literacy of (Facebook Ads – Instagram Ads – Google Search Ads – Google Display Ads – YouTube Ads – LinkedIn Ads).
- The chosen candidate should be able to demonstrate qualification and results-orientation through previous projects by numbers.
- Preferably to have experience with real estate media buying.
