Job Description
- Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedule so as to ensure on-time deliveries of final product.
- Perform regular performance review with suppliers to drive continuous improvements.
- Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliances in all the procurement transactions.
- Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical engineering or related field required
- 1 years’ experience in a purchasing role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to create and administer a task priority list based on company needs
- Excellent at AutoCAD 2D/3D, and SolidWorks programs.
- Ability to follow-up emails and respond to them accurately
- Ability to compare specifications and extract the differences and make a clear report of them
