Main Job Duties:
- Ensures staff is providing at-need clients with all services and products available.
- Deliver high levels of customer relationship management, satisfaction and interaction
- Identify business expansion opportunities, analyze market potential and target new business of the highest value
- Maintain sales volume and adjust selling activities in line with the market situation
- Build effective networks across business areas
- Partner with technical and sales teams
- Daily reviews of prior day’s results and appointments to provide recommendations on issues.
- Assign all Business Service employees on a regular or rotating basis, ensuring coverage at all times.
Job Requirements
• Must hold any Bachelor’s Degree
• 1+ years of experience in direct and outdoor sales
• Must hold a driving license & car
• An entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to develop the business
• Self-motivation, initiative, and high energy
• Knowledge of performance marketing & sales
• Demonstrated ability to forecast sales and build sales plans
• Ability to understand customers’ needs and requirements
• Strong influence with exceptional negotiation and communication skills
• Creative problem-solving skills
