Job Description
- Generate sales reports each week and submitting them to management
- Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials.
- Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth
- Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily
- Build and maintain relationships with new and old customers
- Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field required- 1+ years outside sales experience especially in the machinery industry.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with a team and under pressure
- Able to work for long hours (over time) if needed.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Good computer skills.
