Job Description
We are currently looking for a Junior Chemist to join in our company family.
As the Junior Chemist you will be responsible for:
- Supervise the discharging of received bulk raw material and the preparation of intermediate raw materials.
- Acting on the production process, step by step, as per Production Formula Cards and work instructions.
- Analyzing raw materials, intermediates, final products to standard plans.
- Adjustment of finished products specification according to Q.C analysis Reports and under the supervision of production Manager.
- Issuing, maintaining and recording the Q.C reports of raw materials, intermediates, final products and bricks samples.
- Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of work instructions inside the production department.
- To take all the required actions that are necessary in the emergency cases (runaway reaction, poor quality and etc…)
- Arranging with Store Keepers the discharging of finished products to stores.
- Following up the charging of final products to the truck.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science.
- Major: must be Chemistry & Geology only.
- 0-2 year experience in industry.
- Good English language skills.
- Very good verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding research, reporting and analytical skills.
- Strong production orientation skills.
- Flexibility with rotational shifts is needed.
- Ability to tolerate stress and work under pressure
