Job Description
- Follow-up and solving open tickets and achieve agreed SLA through ticketing system.
- Responsible for Client assets management, spare parts stock control and documentation updates.
- Installation of IT network racks, IT rack components.
- Experience of computer software and hardware troubleshooting (PCs, Laptops, printers, Mobiles, Tablets, Scanners and photo copiers).
- Install and configure Microsoft products (Windows XP, 7, 8, 10 / Office 2010, 2013) and Non Microsoft Products.
- Maintenance of surveillance systems / attendance equipment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree is must.
- A+ - N+ is an asset
- MCSA is an asset.
- Problem Solver is a MUST.
- Very good English language,
- Excellent Communication skills
- Self-Initiative.
- Self- Organizer
