Job Description
- Create and maintain personnel records and maintain the employee database system
- Keep records of attendance and track employees’ absences
- Controlling the vacation system and track the vacation balance of all employees
- Deal & follow-up problems of the Labor Office and Social Security
- Follow up health certificates and extract them from health offices
- Follow-up car licenses and renewal
- Keep records of employees' attendance and leaves
- Review and manage employee after hiring benefits including social insurance (form 1, 2, 6)
- Maintain database with new hires and employee exits
- Ensure the company’s compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Handle employee contracts, including their renewal and/or termination
- Proceed monthly reports for (hiring, leaving, absence, sick …etc.)
- Other duties can be assigned.
Job Requirements
- BSc. in Law or relevant
- 2 to 4 years of experience
- Excellent knowledge and practical experience of Egyptian labor-related laws (Labor law, social & medical insurance laws
- Prefered Males
- 6th of October or Sheikh Zayed Residences.
- Attention to detail.
- Planning and Organizing
- Communication skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Excellent command of English Language.
